At FTDD, we value your privacy and make every effort to respect your wishes and personal information. In line with this commitment, we have established the following policy for the use of our SMS communication service. Please read it carefully to understand how we collect, use, and manage your phone number.
Collection of Phone Numbers
We collect your phone number only when you voluntarily provide it to us, for example, during transactions, inquiries, or when you request to receive SMS communication rather than e-mail or voice. You can opt in to receive these SMS messages by expressly communicating your phone number to the FTDD employee assigned as your contact. You may do this by contacting them verbally or by email.
Use of Phone Numbers for SMS
Your phone number is exclusively used to provide you with personalized services and status updates based on what you requested from the FTDD Employee. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Opting out of SMS
If at any time you wish to stop receiving SMS communication from us, you can opt out by contacting your contact at FTDD, emailing info@ftdd.org, or by calling 423-928-0224.
Privacy of Phone Numbers
Once you have opted out, we will not send you any more SMS text messages.
Changes to this Policy
We may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat your information by placing a prominent notice on our site.
